Yes, we offer an exclusive lifetime engagement ring upgrade program for our valued clients who have previously purchased lab-grown diamond engagement rings from Adorn By You. This program is designed to help you evolve your dream ring as your preferences and milestones grow.

Program Eligibility Details:

• The upgrade program is available only to the original purchaser or their significant other on the account.
• To be eligible, the center stone must be a lab-grown diamond, under four (4) carats, and in its original condition. You’ll also need to provide your original order number and purchaser information.
• Any damage to the original diamond disqualifies it from the upgrade program.
• After inspection, you will receive an Adorn By You credit up to 100% of the original purchase price of your engagement ring (excluding tax).

Important: The credit is non-transferable.

How the Program Works:
When trading in your lab-grown diamond engagement ring, the full credit must be applied toward a new lab-grown diamond engagement ring valued at least 50% higher than the original purchase price. For example, if your original ring cost $10,000, the upgraded ring must be worth at least $15,000.
