Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies to all orders, regardless of the item type or price, and is effective from the date of purchase. It is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

We stand by our products and cover manufacturing defects such as:

• Stones not set securely at the time of shipment
• Defects in metal or diamond quality present upon delivery

While our warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear: Includes light surface scratches, worn prongs, or slight metal deformation from daily use\
• Damage or loss caused by impact or misuse: Loss of center or side stones due to accidental hits, drops, or trauma
• Improper care or storage: Including damage from exposure to chemicals (e.g., swimming pools, perfumes, hair sprays)
• Natural wear of metals: Over time, metal prongs may thin or shift due to regular use — this is expected and not a defect
• Discoloration or fading of plating (e.g., rhodium): Caused by daily wear, water, or product buildup
• Repairs or modifications made by third-party jewelers not affiliated with Adorn By You — this will void your warranty
• Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage not resulting from a manufacturing issue

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A description of how and when the issue was noticed

2. Our team will review your claim and assess whether it qualifies under warranty.

3. If approved:

• You’ll receive a repair quote
• Upon approval, we’ll send you instructions and a shipping label
• Repairs typically take , and we’ll ship the item back once complete

Over time, jewelry may need maintenance or small repairs due to everyday wear. We offer professional repair services at our U.S.based facility to restore your jewelry to its best condition.

Common services include:

• Tightening loose stones or prongs
• Replacing missing side stones
• Re-polishing and buffing the metal
• Reapplying rhodium plating (for white gold items)
• Ultrasonic cleaning and inspection

We understand that ring sizing can be tricky. If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, we offer one free resizing within 30 days of shipment for most rings.

Here’s how it works:

• Ship the ring back to us and we’ll resize it and return it — no charge
• If your desired size is not achievable with the original design, we’ll inform you and provide the option to place a special order for a new size or return the ring as-is

Special Consideration – Eternity Rings:

• These styles cannot be resized due to the design
