Return Policy

At Adorn By You, we want your jewelry to feel just as special as the person wearing it. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a complimentary 30-day return policy with free FedEx/UPS return shipping on all eligible orders.


What’s Our Return Policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship it back using the provided label.
  • Return shipping is free for U.S. customers using our prepaid FedEx/UPS label.
Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, in original condition
  • In original packaging, with all certificates and documentation
  • Returned with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Missing a diamond/gemstone certificate? A $100 replacement fee will apply per missing item.


What Can’t Be Returned?

We’re happy to accept most items, but the following are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been engraved, resized, or altered by third-party jewelers
  • Custom designs, made-to-order pieces, or personalized jewelry (e.g., name necklaces)
  • Jewelry showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Packages returned without an approved RA#
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.


How to Return Your Jewelry

Step 1: Request a Return

Email us at sales@adornbyyou.store with your order number to initiate a return. If approved, we’ll send you a FedEx or UPS return label along with your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
  • Include all original packaging, documents, and certificates'
  • Place your jewelry in its original box, then into a secure shipping box
  • Insert your return packing slip
  • Attach the prepaid shipping label
  • Do not write "jewelry," "diamonds," or similar terms on the outside for security
Step 3: Ship It

Drop the sealed package off at a staffed FedEx/UPS location. Keep the shipping receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

    We are not responsible for packages dropped in unstaffed FedEx boxes or damaged in transit. If you choose a different carrier, return shipping is at your own cost and risk.


    When Will I Get My Refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected (within 7 business days), we’ll process your refund:

    • Standard Designs: Refunded to your original payment method
    • Custom or Special Orders: Eligible for store credit only

    Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds to reflect on your statement.


    Lifetime Warranty & Repairs

    All eligible items are protected by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If your jewelry requires a repair or you’re unsure about eligibility, contact us at sales@adornbyyou.store.
